Trinity health urgent care is a clean inviting environment. The receptionist was professional, prompt, and clear in her requests. Otherwise do not go here. Things took a downturn when a member of staff came out to get me barely Audible leading me back to a room i’m going to assume to complete the rooming Process. She verified my name and date of birth.
