Terrible. customer service. They seem to forget about people in the waiting room I had a 3 pm, and was there at 2:40. Another guy walked in around 3:20 and I was still sitting in the waiting room. I could hear the guy say he had a 3:30 with the same doctor I did. At 3:35, they called him back and I was still waiting. Why even give appointments if it is too difficult to follow the time and see who is next. I am furious and better not be charged.
