You should avoid this service provider if you're responsible for any of the costs of your care. When attempting to schedule a mammogram, the scheduler was either not properly trained or intentionally being coy about communicating the price of the ordered procedure for a patient paying with cash at time of service. Go elsewhere for your mammogram! I went for a mammogram last month (8/15) and I have been awaiting my test results since (its now 9/3). I called to inquire where my results were and why have they not been mailed to me. I was told, by Radiology file room, "they do not do that anymore". I was then forwarded to the records department and spoke to a very rude "woman", Roxanne, who refused to send me the test results and even said it was the wrong department despite being Records! I've had to use the imagery lab probably a dozen times and it's always been an efficient and pleasant experience. The staff are wonderful and quick to help if needed. Thank you for the great service, something that's increasingly rare in the medical sector
