Came 15 minutes early to my appointment and checked in via kiosk right away. Waited until 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see how much longer it would be, as I needed to get bloodwork done as well in the same building before they left for lunch. The lady I spoke with at the front desk said I was marked as a "no show" even though I was in the waiting room for almost an hour. She rolled her eyes at me and shrugged her shoulders. Dr.Christiansen stated, very sternly and firmly, he DOES NOT do routine foot care. Even if the insurance covers it. He’s a “surgical podiatrist”. He must get these referrals all of the time because he had pre-printed info on where you can get these services. Of course, cash only. .it would’ve helped to know this Info in advance so we didn’t waste his time and our time!
Waited on hold for 30 minutes, hung up and called back, Still waiting, and they close in 2 minutes. Trying to reschedule an appt! How frustrating! Why bother with this practice? Plenty of other podiatrists in town!
Very professional crew, handled and helped my nervous teen with patience and care.
