Man at front desk will not leave the chair to assist elderly patients that are struggling and confused. Also blames patients for losing paperwork that he took from them 2 days prior and never filed, so it was lost for about 10 minutes until he got up from his chair and looked in bin "to be filed". This guy needs to work at the gas station where he can stay seated. So lazy.
