Told them when I would be busy and how I had to communicate. Met with them in December for a hopeful July treatment because that would be my only time available. Did the whole process. They then wanted to see me an additional time when, you guessed it, I told them I would not be available. Surprisingly could not make the appointment I told them 5 months ago I would struggle to do anything during that time frame, so they dropped me. Very unresponsive. I had a referral and went here for a check up and quote. It has been almost a month, and nobody has given me a quote for the cost of surgery. I was told I would receive one soon, and have already called twice since with no further information. They send me to the surgical assistant’s voicemail and I seem to never actually get a call back. Please go elsewhere, this place basically stole money from myself and my insurance just to not give me answers.
