While the office itself is pleasant I have now had multiple instance of the staff making mistakes with my prescription. currently the staff received documentation and then sat upon it for over 10 days. upon my follow up a Medical Assistant either did not look up the correct information or lied and now my health issues are worse due the the lack of care present at IHA.
Dr. Domingo been helping me with my thyroid condition. He's very caring and I don't feel like I'm being rush out the door. I feel like I'm in good hands.
Dr. Jinna was absolutely great. Took the time to listen to all of my symptoms and concerns and thoroughly went through them all. Thank you for seeing me today!
