I have a hard time liking people but I can say that I was treated so so nice by the doctor and his staff 5 stars for me any DAY LOVE my first time visiting there

I had an absolute pleasant experience at Trinity clinic. The doctor and his staff were very courteous and professional. I made a wise choice for all my family to come to this clinic for our medical needs. I would sincerely recommend this facility.

I always recommend Dr Velasquez to everyone. He treats my whole family and I trust him completely. Staff is always friendly.

I was on hold for an hour trying to make an appointment. They hung up on me. When I called back they said they had more important calls and forgot I was on the phone. This place has terrible customer service. If you want to be treated like a person, go somewhere else.

Ya I love Dr. Valasquez. Sorry I was discharged for what staff the staff says I missed too many appointments. That was a flat out lie. Anna specifically was the most powertripped unprofessional hag. All the other staff was cordial but I really think the worst part was when I brought my child to join one of the best Dr's. In s.a.. From not showing up when in fact we were 15 minutes early. To the Dr. Doesn't accept her insurance even when I had a face to face talk to schedule the appointment two months in advance before depart... read more
