If I can leave zero Stars I would. This place is beyond unprofessional. Never have i ever been treated so poorly by personnel at a medical facility. The ladies in the front office are miserable and take it out on their patients. I will be changing my Dr ASAP. Wish the rest of the staff were as caring and considerate as the Dr and practitioner.
Every person on staff is wonderful, helpful, kind and informative. It’s easy to get an appointment and you don’t wait forever in the waiting room. I’m just glad I found them.
Dr. was superb!!! front desk needs help..unable to schedule test dr ordered because the orders were not faxed. receptionist had an attitude.
ZERO stars. I had to put one to post this. Since Maria is gone, I had to see the doctor. Dr. Saurinkumar Shah. Forget it, didn't like him at ALL. Would NOT give me the 3 authorizations I needed to check out my busted knee, a visit to an Ear, Nose & Throat doctor because I have recurrent nasal polyps (had surgery before but they could grow back) and a persistent sore throat and an Xray for my spine as I'd had 4 spine surgeries and apparently I'm missing a screw in one of the titanium plates and I'm in pain.
