I was seen the same day for high blood pressure and I was very happy with the care I received
The staff is wonderful but that receptionist needs some communications skills, using the word honey and I’ve been wanted to get results from my blood work, from 8am to closing, she’s says they are busy all day 😡
HORRIBLE read reviews, we’re not lying. The front staff manager is unprofessional and rude, she does not care and it shows. Seeing Dr Shah for my yearly; he talks the entire time and doesn’t let me get a word in; then questions why I’m on the medications I’m on; yet has all my records and should know I have multiple chronic illnesses. He “doesn’t believe me” about an allergy and refuses to give me a referral to an allergist as I wasn’t currently in a flare to show him “proof” of said allergy. Very professional staff and assistant and I liked the doctor, have not seen one like him for the last 12 yrs.
