Sherie Thomas was absolutely amazing really took care of me! And listened to what I had to say and didn’t treat me like a number!!! Front desk girls are great and friendly aswell
If I could give zero stars I would. The office staff has no compassion. I set up a new patient appointment which is a week away because that is all they had. I’ve been to this office before a couple years ago. And chose to come back because my current PCP no longer accepts my insurance. I advised staff that I’m completely out of my blood pressure medication and not feeling well. They would not squeeze me in any sooner and would not call in a refill for blood pressure medication. In my original review for this office I had left 5 stars but that was about three years ago before I moved away for a brief period. After coming back to Port Richey Fl I figured it would be a good idea to go back to my primary care here however the two times I have called the front desk the ladies have been nothing but rude. I don’t know what happened to respecting clients but they definitely do not do that here. I will be changing my primary care D.R today.
