The office staff are greedy, unempathetic and lack compassion for the patients. They have a policy that states you must complete your follow up visits after your initial exam within 30 days but because I got the flu a few days after my 1st visit and 10 days later tested positive for COVID I was unable to go back in the office to do so. I was sick or in quarantine for a total of 36 days. On the 42nd day, they wanted to charge me an additional fee of $95 to have my follow up visit because my prescription wasn't correct.
