So far so good. The entire staff has been excellent and very helpful. We moved here from out of town and really like this area. Kid and dog friendly; all of the neighbors we've met have been cool. Plus there are sheriff's that live here, makes me feel more comfortable.
Really enjoyed everything they have to offer! The CARES TEAM hold monthly events where you can connect with your community! Definitely worth a visit!
Trinity Exchange is by far one of the best place to stay in Trinity! The cares team that they have on site is awesome!
The place is nice, good area, dog friendly with adjacent dog park, and maintenance responds quickly to non-emergency requests like light bulb changes etc. I had an issue with the front office and package delivery, but they were able to fix it so I have not had the issue since.
The floor plans on a 2 bedroom, 2 baths is the best I have ever see. Quiet, only problem is management making sure all follow the rules. Management needs to walk the property every day. I would move back if I ever came back to the area.
