RecommendedDefinitely would recommend this community to anyone looking in the Trinity / Tampa area. Amazing amenities and such a friendly office staff and maintenance team. The apartments themselves as well as the property are so well kept and clean. One of my favorite things is the walking trail around the lake, so beautiful. I also love taking my dog over to the dog park. This community is very pet friendly and that was another big reason I chose to live here. Trinity Exchange has proven to me time and time again that they are the gold standard when it comes to apartment complexes and community care. I will always suggest to anyone looking to stop here first, and I am very happy to be apart of this fine community for my second lease term (I moved away temporarily and knew I’d be right back here!) 🖤 I cannot day enough about the gorgeous facilities, the kind and friendly staff, the community outreach and events staffing/programs, and the general sense of safety and care here. :)

Living at Trinity Exchange has exceeded each and every one of my expectations. It has every amenity for you and your family to enjoy ranging from their gorgeous pool, volleyball nets, outside grills, pool tables and an outstanding gym.
