Had a tooth extracted and had so many complications that they said were nothing went to Another dentist that had to fix all the things that he messed up. Would not recommend him to anyone
I would have appreciated being told about the copay before showing up at 8:30AM. I have an infected Molar and have been in extreme pain, my medication for my tooth landed me in the hospital due to severe vomiting. Despite being in distress when I called, I was turned away at the desk. I understand you have to make money, but mention the copay before hand next time. The receptionist simply shrugged at me when I said I was never told over the phone.
I went today and had my first visit. Ty also got me back in later for an extraction. He made me feel very comfortable. His staff was awesome friendly and kind. I also like his taste in music.
I have only had one visit, I go back tomorrow for an extraction ok 4 teeth. So far everyone is wonderful.
Doctor Ty is awesome, one of his main concerns was patient comfort. He took the extra time needed for my extraction and his staff is awesome. Great place good people. Highly recommend!
