Extremely pleasant experience. They were not only knowledgeable, but were also concerned with making me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I did not feel pressured in the slightest and my questions were answered promptly and in they're entirety. I would recommend Trinity to anyone looking to build a home!

I would NOT recommend using trinity custom homes. It seems like the easiest route when beginning the home building process but we quickly learned that is not the case. Things happen but this was getting to be ridiculous. When we finally met we really liked everything we heard and saw We already had our own plans and knew we would have to pay extra to use our own. We used the Cullman, Alabama office and they were so great they actually took one of their plans and made changes to pretty much recreate ours so we didn’t h... read more

Buyer beware!!! Trinity Custom Builders started building my home in July 2016 and finished November 2016. The office manager was not only a good liar but a con artist. He made promises of adding crush and run to the driveway and he went as far as forging my wife and mine signatures on official documents. Unfortunately, after the forgery was exposed, Trinity supposedly jailed the guy but did absolutely nothing to reassure my family that it was a rogue employee. In the time we dealt with Trinity they hired and replaced t... read more
