Very difficult place to work. The owner/general manager, Jerry Bobak, is a total narcissist. He will manipulate anyone. He attempts to get people to resign to avoid paying unemployment. Discriminates heavily when hiring new employees. High employment turn around rate, like a revolving door. Home prices are constantly increased. Zero marketing budget. Expectation to include additional costs and fees to every contract. Absolutely no support from management. Split days off. You have to forward the office phone to your personal ... read more

Trinity Custom Homes and the people I dealt with were great! They always treated me as a friend and a high valued customer! My special thanks goes to Contractor Dave Arnold, who saw to all the requirements of my new home. Dave Arnold truly went out of his way to make my home the great home that it is. He is very serviceable, and very reliable and highly trustworthy in every respect. I highly recommend him and Trinity Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.

Trinity Classic Homes has treated me and my husband like 'valued customers' from the very beginning of the buying experience. From Paige Scrivner, who was our first contact with Trinity, to the piece de resistance, Jennifer Williams, we had every concern met, immediate communication and great understanding of our needs. If I could add more stars, I would. We had a difficult road to moving in to our home only because my husband fell ill before we left California for Texas so I was dealing with Trinity myself long-distance.... read more

I will keep this review short but I could go on and on as to why not let Trinity build your home. They employ the most unethical employees that we have ever dealt with and they are very unprofessional. If you do choose to let Trinity build your home please make sure that someone can be there to watch them through the complete build because they will cut corners whenever they can find a chance. Our home is around eleven years old and at the age where typical repairs need to be made but when you start on the repairs Look Out ... read more

We have waited 18 months to write a review because I wanted to be fair. It is true you can save a little money using Trinity Homes but it will cost you the same or more in the end. Their framing are okay but their painters are horrible and they use the cheapest painter SW sales. We already had the entire inside of the house repainted. The brick and rock work is subpar, we had rock fall off the front of the house and the brick job is horrible. The porch on the front of the house you can see every nail head that was used. Pl... read more

Buyer Beware!!! All those things they tell you up front to get you on the hook are lies. The time guarantee is worthless because they will either 1) ignore it and pay the $1000, or 2) process a change order which resets the clock. We signed the contract in November of 2017 and they didn't break ground until April 2018. Then the site went untouched until July. House was finally completed in early November only after I took a week's vacation and bird-dogged the job supervisor to get things done before the 1 year expiration... read more
