I have been bringing my father to see Ming Lu he is very nice person . On the other hand the reception employee Lakita is always very rude , always in a horrible mood . Everytime I ask a question over my father’s appointment she is very annoyed at any questions asked over appointments or medical related .

I would not recommend this office or provider to anyone. From what I can tell, the office is extremely busy and overbooked to the point where you have to call multiple times to get a hold of someone and then they try to dismiss your concerns (most likely because they are so busy they don't have space to add anyone on). The provider spends very little time in the room and does not seem to have much compassion anymore. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this doctor is. A few months after having cataract surgery, I could barely see. My sight was so bad that I was afraid to drive. Dr. Lu had to do surgery on both eyes to remove debris and other issues in my eyes due to the cataract surgery. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. I think he is an absolute miracle worker. Also, he is VERY kind, always happy and I have never had to wait an extended time to see him. He is just the BEST!
