Absolute rip-off! Arrived 2.5 hrs LATE to a job where I needed a vacant home cleaned to prepare for listing pictures with a photographer. Angelica informed me on our pre-booking call the rate would be $400 for the house and job I described with a 3 person crew and that they didn't accept credit card because she had a "bad experience" in the past. This company provides excellent cleaning!! Extremely professional and made my home feel like new! I would highly recommend them!
Stay away from this shady company/owner! I had them clean my house earlier this year and they did an absolutely terrible job. Charged me $275 and only her one worker showed up without hardly anything to clean with. I supplied him with everything he needed and he was done in 1hr 45 mins! It was Terrible! I had to go through and take 4 hours to clean everything good myself since it was supposed to be a deep clean because I was moving. What crazy, people. The job ends with Terri the owner asking her employee TO GET THE GUN from her car. Does this sound like someone you want in your house? The job scope was for a 1 bedroom apartment that needs to be turned over. After 1.5 hours, Terri the owner shows up and we disagree on the scope of work that was discussed. She demands the balance of the remaining 1.5 hours of work.
