Always happy to have service here. Every staff is kind and helpful. Ane they have good mechanics who know what they are doing. Definately the best of all Cadillac or GM related service centers in this region.
The worst costumer service ever, no words 😶
Mark and Chelsea in service were great. They took care of my Escalade and explained the whole process and in detail how different issues would be diagnosed etc.
I was told the recall would take between an hour and a half to two hours, so I took my car and plan to wait for it. Once I arrived, they told me I had to leave it because there were 8 people ahead of me, and it would take 3 hours to check it. I asked for a loaner, and they said they were out of it. I asked for a reschedule so I can get a loaner, and they said we can't guarantee one. This is the 3rd time I have gone there for service and always have something to make my day difficult. So I'm going to try other places.
You have to take this into account when doing business with this dealer since this dealer has a fee of $5995 which is an abuse since the other Cadillac dealers only have a fee of $500 to 1000 and then they sell you some insurance to be able to increase your financing and be able to keep the initial payment.
