**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I had a very disappointing experience at Trinity Cadillac. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with unprofessional service and a lack of knowledge from the staff. The sales team seemed uninterested in answering my questions and were not helpful at all. When I finally decided on a vehicle, the paperwork process was incredibly slow, and I was given the runaround when trying to get basic information. Worked Veronica and Charles and purchased a 2021 Cadillac XT6 customer service was amazing from the first call to leaving with our new vehicle. I personally was concerned about the negative reviews I have read regarding their warranty process, all transparency was communicated from both parties to allow for comfortable and easy transaction.
