Trinity Cadillac has very poor customer service. I am a returning customer to them. They gave me a car that was brand new, but specific parts had yet to be installed on the vehicle. I found them laying in my trunk. My temporary plates were expiring. I never received a call to tell me that my license plate was ready. It was such an issue for me to get another temporary plate until i get my license plate which they didn’t even offer to mail to me. All they care about is making the sale.
Trinity Cadillac was awesome. Pain free and pleasant experience, best dealership I've ever dealt with. Diego and Hadi were awesome, thorough and always keeping me posted on the car I was purchasing!!
They had me come in with a quote that THEY provided earlier that day, and then didn't honor it. They claimed it was an error on THEIR part. I still rate it 3 stars because all other interactions were better than an average dealership.
BUYER BEWARE......I have had a very negative experience with Trinity Cadillac. My "salesman" Luigi was not honest, he says it's not him....it's his managers that were dishonest. Attempted to do 90% of the transaction online and over the phone to save time. I asked SEVERAL times for the bill of sale to see what exactly I was paying for and to ensure there weren't any hidden fees as this dealership claims to have a $175 document fee and then just tax, title and tags....perfect! Thus far my experience has been less than ideal. Trying to purchase a used vehicle that was advertised on a car market site. During the process I informed them I would be driving 200 miles to trade in my current vehicle and buying the new one on the spot. While I do have the money in reserve to pay for the vehicle outright I elected to go through my bank.
