Google asked me to update my review, so here it is. 12/28/24. Strays are still running around. I had a package stolen off my porch recently. Lots of people are walking through here during the day while people are at work. The people who live on the older side of the park play music so loud it vibrates the walls of your home during the week and until 2am or 3am on the weekends. I've reported it multiple times to the park management because i have a child that it disturbs but they don't do anything about it.
They don't keep the park up. They don't pick up trash or keep the grass cut. There are a ton of stray cats that just keep multiplying. The homes that are vacant are old and run down, and no one is trying to fix them. My home was broken into here, and I had a package stolen off my porch. Lots of people walking through here during the day. The music is so loud it vibrates the walls of your home.
