RecommendedI just love Bayshore Presbyterian Apts. I have lots of friends who do and have lived there. Being native to South Tampa, I have thought that I would love to live there someday. The management is awesome, as I spoke to Loretta about applying for the waiting list. She was so kind, professional and guided me in the right direction. She was very knowledgable about everything to do with the apartments. I hope all of the staff is half as good.

RecommendedI moved here from Indiana on February 8, 2016. I wanted a place that was managed by a church. I like that it is affordable housing! I love the location! Within walking distance from Tampa Bay, parks, downtown with shopping, restaurants, museums, churches, movie theater and much more!
Recommendedits its a nice quiet place people are respectful .we do groups of. different medical groups .manhattan place is a nice place to live.its a clean building.

RecommendedVivo en Manhattan Place hace 11 Años me siento como en flia mis vecinos son mi flia porque nos apoyamos unos a otros tiene buen mantenimiento y han pasado mientras he vivido aquí nada más dos Manager y esta última es más confortable ya que vivimos muchos latinos y habla los dos idiomas ... Buen localización y conmuchos comercios cerca y farmacias al igual que los bancos .. Por eso se lo recomiendo a todo el que le interese vivir en un lugar limpio y decente con muchos beneficios
