Was extremely apprehensive about going here after reviews and my sister had a bad experience. Mind has changed, From check in to check out, staff was absolutely amazing..My sister's experience was over a year or so and the place has changed..Give it another try,
Let’s not sugarcoat it: 7th Street Moline Hospital is a disaster dressed up in scrubs. If you’re looking for care, compassion, or even the bare minimum of medical competence, this is not the place. I received excellent care today. All the staff there were so kind and they got us in and out as busy as it was. Very thankful for the care I just received. Appreciate them all! Thank you!
I can not believe that they do not have valet parking! Very hard for most people to get around let alone having a handicapped person walk in from a crowded parking lot. That you have to park out in the North forty. Patients with heart problems, cancer, and other bad illnesses need a break. Bring back VALET!!
They changed their check in. Its a complete nightmare. Now you check in on the kiosks. Taking more jobs away from people or being personable. I was there longer checking in than my appointment. I wont do this again. And I chose this hospital to come to. But I haven't been here in a while. Never again!
