They changed their check in. Its a complete nightmare. Now you check in on the kiosks. Taking more jobs away from people or being personable. I was there longer checking in than my appointment. I wont do this again. And I chose this hospital to come to. But I haven't been here in a while. Never again!

They changed their pricess for labs...sends you a preregistration, then you must check in at registration, then long sign-in at kiosk that duplicates several questions for each set of tests you have. If you need to bring back samples, you must go through it all over unless you can bring it the same day. I understand it's probably used to help with staffing but Lab Corp has a kiosk sign-in that takes maybe 1-2 minutes. I'll do everything I can to avoid this lab
Went yesterday with fiancee expressing concerns of labor. Past due. Doctor said he felt the head. They released us. Nurse said they were short staffed. Went to a different hospitals e.r. and was admitted and gave birth.
I'm extremely dissapointed in the attitude and professionalism of the front desk registrar Dawn P. I understand that no one wants to be at work on a Saturday, but thats no excuse for such a rude attitude and demeanour. I work in a Doctor's office and i know if i spoke to a patient in such a tone , i would not hold my position at that office for long. Unfortunately my personal Dr is in network with Unity Point so i will have to come back to this hospital, i sincerely hope i can do so without anymore unpleasant experiences.
