We had a spectacular meal at Triniti last night! They have a wonderful wine list with prices that are some of the most reasonable in the city! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The wait staff was incredibly accommodating. Triniti is a special "gem" in the Houston restaurant market!

Well lit abd stylishly decorated. I ordered a fois gras. Came perfectly. Would recommend the pancake to be slightly bigger or add a few more pieces. At $26 is rather steep for a dime size pancake. I had the madame as my entree. Salad was over dressed and the egg was over cooked. Great menu but execution needs a little more work.
We celebrated our 40th years of being engaged at Triniti. The old fashion at the bar was great. Robert, our waiter, suggested that we should try the chicken liver appetizer. It was fabulous. Both of us ordered the Rock Cornish Hen as an entree. It was fantastic. For dessert we shared cake for two that was a great ending to a perfect meal. Thanks Robert and Triniti staff for an awesome celebration.
