I had the pleasure of first being introduced to Trinidad Coffee through a local family restaurant. I spoke with Mike Rhee at Trinidad and he was very professional and passionate about his product. I tried Opus I and Opus II. I really enjoyed Opus II and its rich bold flavor. Their coffee is not bitter at all. It’s honestly the best, and most consistent coffee I have tasted. I will continue to purchase enjoy their coffee everyday because of the satisfaction I get with every sip. Thank you Trinidad!

I randomly stumbled upon Trinidad Coffee Company while looking for a local roaster near my work. They're open to the public, and it's quickly become my go-to spot for fresh coffee beans. So far I've tried the Opus Blend, an Ethiopian single origin, and now the Espresso Milan. Every bag has been outstanding.
