Here at Trindle Self Storage we have a wide variety of storage units. We have all different sizes to help our customers store their things here whether it be a few boxes or storing a vehicle. We have a brand new facility located conveniently off Trindle Road in Carlisle. We have a surveillance system with 24 hour monitoring. Everything is gated with code entry only. In need of self storage? Come down to see our great facility and what we have to offer!!! You will always be greeted with a smile and a hello!

Having to enter a code to go in is fine..BUT out is not only stupid but also a liability what if someone gets hurt and the other person doesn't have the gate code or a child who can't read well they can't get out and get help.. What if you just got told the code to get in but forget it trying to exit? Your customer service won't help I know I was stuck and all he wanted to do was argue over letting me off the property

Hi Shane, Apologies for the inconvenience. We have the code on both exit and entrance for safety reasons. That way we know who has entered AND exited the property. This allows us to know who is on the property at all times in case there is an issue. We hope this makes more sense now to you and hope that you continue to enjoy your use of the storage facility and feel safe while doing so.
I'm very disappointed with Trindle. I used 2 units for 3 days for the month of July and was charged for the entire month, even though I gave them notice. I didn't even received a partial refund. So I'll not be recommending them in the future. Their staff is great, but management stinks.

Hi Janet-- I looked into this a bit more. Rentals are on month to month basis-we do not have day to day rentals. When you signed the contract, it stated that it was for a month and that a month pay would be necessary. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused, but it clearly states this in the contract/lease. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with!
