I used this service one time only. She seemed nice enough and what little cleaning I got done from her service was good. The complaint I have is she did not know how to bid my house. She gave me a price and then at the end of the day told me it was more work than she thought, and charged me $500 for two rooms. I was pretty much in shock. Trina also gave me her $75.00 cleaning special which I never received, because I did not call her back to finish cleaning. I've worked for Trina for the past few months and find her Services are Superior to what the other Companies require. She's honest, and gives quality service at a decent price. Her employees work hard and are honest decent people. Proud to be working for her company.
Owner is biased against bigger women, made that very clear in the interview process. Not a very personable lady.
