October 5, 2024 I was supposed to get a refund when my barber David Combs did not showing up to work.I waited for him in the parking lot and in the shop for 2 to 3 hours and might i remind you this was on my wedding day and I'm was on a tight schedule. He never answered his phone I called him repeatedly he never replied to any of my texts messages to inform me that he was not going to make it. Only doing 2 and not 1 because they may actually do good work,but the unprofessional way the business is being ran is ridiculous. Google says opens at 9 the door says 10 and we are currently here and it's still not open. The number on the door isn't even a working number, number we called this morning went straight to a voicemail. Unfortunately we can't get our kids hair cut before school tomorrow.
Made an appointment & had to be serviced by another barber. Chairs in lobby are in terrible condition, floors are not swept on a regular & the furniture & lights have not been dusted for a while. Barbers cut really good but poor customer service skills.
Been a customer here for over 5 years, not any more I haven’t gotten a hair cut from Dave the owner in months and have been trying to make an appointment for WEEKS maybe even a month.
