We took our baby boy to Trims & Tangles for his first haircut and I’m so happy we did. I was a bit anxious at first because my boy gets very fussy easily, and I thought it would be a challenge, but Ms. Rios is the most gentle person, and my boy was comfortable and calm throughout the entire time. We’re definitely going back.

I was pretty nervous about my son’s first haircut since he doesn’t like people touching his hair but Mrs.Rios made the experience so wonderful for him! She was so patient, kind, and warm. My son was overjoyed that he got to sit in a police car (salon chair) and has not stopped talking about it. I’ll be coming back and recommending Trims&Tangles to anyone that asks!

My daughter is 5 years old, and today she had her very first haircut — a truly special moment for both of us. I’m so glad I chose Trims & Tangles for this milestone. Juanita was absolutely wonderful — gentle, patient, and so great with kids. She made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Wonderful experience! My kid was nervous and glued to my husband the whole time, and Juanita still did an amazing first haircut! She was so patient and kind the entire time. She was very prepared with a TV, iPad, and toys! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She was also reassuring to us as parents saying things like “It’s ok, it’s a new environment for him. He’ll be more used to it and comfortable next time!” Not only was she so sweet, but she gave my kid a great-looking first haircut! Absolutely recommend!!
