Wonderful experience! My kid was nervous and glued to my husband the whole time, and Juanita still did an amazing first haircut! She was so patient and kind the entire time. She was very prepared with a TV, iPad, and toys! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She was also reassuring to us as parents saying things like “It’s ok, it’s a new environment for him. He’ll be more used to it and comfortable next time!” Not only was she so sweet, but she gave my kid a great-looking first haircut! Absolutely recommend!!

Juanita is the absolute best. She's a total gem. My son has sensory issues and she's so patient with him and works so well with him! She's the best!

I had high hopes when I brought my son in for a haircut, as I made my requirements very clear. Unfortunately, the stylist did a bad job, and the result wasn’t what I had hoped for. While I understand that cutting a toddler’s hair can be challenging, my son actually behaved well, so I was disappointed to hear the stylist place blame on his age. I believe more effort or skill could have made a difference.
