Bad business practice: The braiding stylist Sherell is a good braider but has terrible business etiquette. My family and I have been LOYAL customers for the past three years. My 4 children have been going to get their hair braided every 2-3 weeks and I have occasionally got my hair done by her. This past week her actions were totally appalling!
