This company is not reliable at all. If they don’t want to do a job in a timely fashion then perhaps they just need to close down the business.

We have called multiple times, left many messages and filed a complaint with the BBB. No one will call us back. You guys “repaired” our dishwasher, but we still have the same problems.
My first experience with Tony. I highly recommend. He knows what he is doing, extremely professional and excellent communication. Usually these visits are a drag.. but it was all pleasant and I trust him �

Trimont was contracted to give us a second opinion on some repairs to our refrigerator/freezer. Tony/Technician diagnosed the failure by the previous technician and was able to get unit repaired. Next time we have an issue with any appliances I hope our warranty company makes Trimont Appliance Repair the first choice, not second.
