The worst!!! Van Myers sat back watched my son sign for a $243k mortgage as coborrower without a pre-approved credit letter from Fairway Independent Mortgage company. Not only that the sloppiest paperwork I’ve ever encountered!!! With 2 different addresses on the promissary note vs the financial breakdown of the property. I’ll have to get an attorney involved.
