The worst!!! Van Myers sat back watched my son sign for a $243k mortgage as coborrower without a pre-approved credit letter from Fairway Independent Mortgage company. Not only that the sloppiest paperwork I’ve ever encountered!!! With 2 different addresses on the promissary note vs the financial breakdown of the property. I’ll have to get an attorney involved. I highly recommend this firm. We met with Van Myers. He took his time and went over all the forms that we would need, what they were for and back ups to our back ups. Initially spoke with Caydence Knight who was just so sweet getting our intake information and talking us through what steps would take place. We are very happy we went there
