We moved to the area in the summer and needed to find someone to cut our family's hair. We are very pleased with Trimmers and the attention to detail shown by Michele. Very nice salon, great prices, and friendly people. I would definitely recommend.
Michelle Webb trimmed my hair once and did an OK job. I went back and she totally butchered my hair. It has been like 6 months and I'm still dealing with the fallout. My stepdaughter got her hair colored twice there. The first time she was OK with the color job it wasn't great but she had long hair at the time and assumed that this was the reason the color wasn't as vibrant as promised. This was a year ago. Business response:
There was only an additional$10 charged to prelighten hair and that is why it took longer. Also work is guaranteed and sometimes not the fault of the stylist but, the product can not be the same as another time used. Michele wants to correct it with a new better product at no charge. I did message customer of my apologies and trying to make it right.
