We have worked with Trimbo on several window installations and most recently, they supplied us with a custom door. On every occasion, they come through with excellent pricing and service. Tony is always a pleasure to deal with and interacts with customers in such a way that you feel like a friend as opposed to just another customer.
We had Trimbo install our windows (10) approx 10yrs ago. The installers were the best of best. However, the last 2yrs, we have started experiencing one window sticking very bad. Dom did come out once to fix it but seemed very annoyed about coming. This same window is now sticking again and I have to force a bit to open it. We are not thrilled with their service call at all.
Trimbo Windows is the epitome of professionalism and quality. They always honour their work and my family has used them for multiple projects.
The team at Trimbo Window are the best in the business. Dom always gives you sound advice about the best options for your project and makes sure everything is perfectly installed. We have confidently referred our friends and family to Trimbo, and have exclusively used them for our own home. Our old home needed custom windows and Dom's years of experience shone through from sizing to product choice. We couldn't be happier!
Simply, the worst !
