I purchased a 2012 Audi A6 3.0T with 105,222 miles on it. I live in Henrico VA. I spoke to Justin on the phone and among other questions I asked specifically about any fluid leakage and rust on the car. Justin assured me that his shop put each car though a 160-point inspection before they are listed for sale. I paid my "friend" David to fix the leak in my Jeep. He said it was good to go, but it is still leaking. He also gave it back to me with the check engine light on which wasn't on when I dropped it off. I have text proof of our conversation. I'm very close to going to the BBB over the poor service. He has made no effort to make it right as I have reached out to him 2 times. So I'm taking it on Facebook - I'll give you till end of business on Monday to make it right with me before I take this to the BBB.
The best dealership in Norfolk. I went there and bought my mom a car. The price was right and the customer service was even better. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a a new car.
