Had one of their ducted systems installed a number of years ago in my home. Compressor started smoking 8 months later after I turned it on. Tried to get Trim Temp out to look and repair the system with no luck. Made all the excuses from "no staff" to "too busy". Even the salesman who I contacted about the repair delay became rude. Finally contacted the company, Daikin, and told them the story. They sent out an AC techie within one day of my call and he decided to change the compressor unit. Like everybody else's comment - run away from this company. They installed fully ducted aircond in my new house and charged me $185 when they were checking what's wrong with one of the outlets. Turnout the fittings was too tight so it did not blew up any air. Still charging $185 for nothing.
easy to make a booking, turned up on time and that's where the good story ends. The service call for $185 is so they can check what is wrong. They do not pick up any tools for that money. Service technician tells us that he will send a quote for repair that was never received. They sent a quote for a replacement without any reason as to why or discussion on if it's what we required. They sent someone to look at our air con and charged 185. 00 dollars. They were supposed to send a free quote for a new air con. They sent a threatening voice mail saying that they will send debt collectors but we never made a purchase. Don't know what their problem is. We won't do any business with them and don't recommend them.
They offered at the Home Show to fix a problem with my aircon. Despite numerous emails and phone calls they didn’t bother to return my calls to fix my existing one and install a new one. Very poor. Don’t deserve to be in business if this is how they treat customers.
