I came in for my first visit today not sure what to expect. I have to say the staff was very friendly and informative and I was seen quickly. I was given some great suggestions and advice to help me reach my weight loss goals. It was a great experience, and I look forward to continuing to work with them.
Doing amazing!! Will be 2 weeks in on Tuesday! Have not touched a soda since then! 1200-1600 calorie/diet. 15 pounds down already! Adding exercise in this week! Breaking a food addiction! Thank You, Jesus! ���
I have tried 3 different weight loss clinics but this is by far the best! They have the most convenient hours and I have never had to wait long even when they are busy. Not to mention the super friendly staff and they are a little cheaper than most. I would recommend them to anyone.
