First off, I love my Phantom screens. Unfortunately, my experience with Viktor, the installer, and then Mark, the owner, has been a struggle. They have offered to fix the issue, but now I have such a sour taste in my mouth after their rude and insulting behavior. I had an issue with one of the screens catching at the top. After some push back, Viktor did come out and fix the issue. Recently, we have had multiple birds and small rodents get in at the top of the screens. If you see trim runners arriving on your worksite, I would suggest you run! These people did a remodel of our home and not only did they forget to put insulation under the new addition, they forgot to get their work inspected. It was not until I had lived in the home for 2 years that I learned the home never had a final inspection and then upon inspection I learned that that their work never passed the rough in.
