Update: The property is very nice. (Nice on the outside.) However there is a lot of favoritism by (some) staff, and racial tension by both (some) staff, and (some) residents. It's unfortunate that people are misled when buying into the community. They tell you it's a fun, friendly community. But fail to tell you that once you buy in, staff is allowed to torment you without any recourse. No matter how many people make complaints, management, and corporate turns a blind eye to it. The company's pricing practices show significant variability. For example, homes were advertised on their website as "coming soon in the low $[amount]," but were ultimately released in the high $[amount]. There have also been frequent price increases. Given the substantial startup costs for the Club and HOAs, I believe these homes may be overpriced, especially for a 55+ community. These patterns raise concerns about whether the company is prioritizing profit over seniors' interests.

Living here has been an unexpected, beautiful surprise. Many of our neighbors are so wonderful, fun, outgoing, and friendly. You'd never belive this is a retirement community. It's a great place to live, play, socialize, meet new people, hang out, and just have a good time. (Every place has their bad apples, and ours have some unfortunate, obnoxious cliques that feel they are superior, but we'll continue to ignore them, and let God deal with them.)

Incompetent sales agent and extremely rude sales manager! I ended up canceling the contract when they built the house incorrectly. Horrible experience from beginning to end!
