They manage 854 10th Ave San Diego, CA. They are the worst Property Management I have ever encountered. My Apartment has roaches and I evensaw a mouse at one time. The Building is next to Pokez Restaurant which explains why this building has roaches. The building Manager does no cleaning at all. This is the worst bldg EVER. DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS UR DESPERATELY DESPERATE
