Avoid at all cost, waited over 90 minute only to realize the receptionist forgot to put my file in the queue. Did not bother to apologize and made excuses that other people were ahead of me despite they all came after me and had already left.

Trillium sleep centre should be avoided like the plague. First off when they called to confirm my appointment, they said they called a month previously. No phone call or message was received. Then waiting over an hour for the appointment. I should have walked out of there and went somewhere else. Then the sleep assessment was booked. The beds were so hard, I had to take pain killers when home. They said they were going to see if I had sleep apnea. The male technician is incredibly rude. I unfortunately had him twice. The first time he yelled at me for being late despite me showing up 10 minutes ahead of the agreed upon time (work ends late and I live far). The second time, he had a mask over his mouth and was facing away from me answering the question I had asked while talking quietly and quickly. I would like to appreciate Becky for her professionalism and patience in assisting with the sleep test. All the instructions were explaining clearly and she was very caring in attaching the sensors. The metrics she gathered helped with the analysis and improves my health. Thank you Becky.
