I don't enjoy writing unfavorable reviews, but I don't enjoy mediocre service much either. I'm not a twenty-year-old anymore and I don't have the patience for it. I should say though that everyone was polite and the decor was aesthetically pleasing. However, bottom line they did a lousy job with my hair color.
