Do NOT go here!!! I needed an updated DUI assessment to get my license back. I haven't had drink since they did my first eval six years ago I was given a significant risk rating then. My rating from them after completing everything they asked for, abstaining for 6 years, and no issues or reoccurrances....NO CHANGE?? I was still given "significant risk"!!!! This place is crooked! Avoid at ALL COST I was told i was given a referral to this location and no call, so i called in and was giving a run around answer. Then they FORCE you to have medical ins. I refuse to pay for health ins. scams and even offered upfront payments and its not acceptable. Dont waste your time or mental state here
