I just want to say that I came to this facility from out of town, because my state's wait lists were crazy! I successfully completed 60 days, and to this day I am 4 1/2 years sober. I credit New Leaf and the councilors that motivated me to build a better life. Each person's recovery is different, but it works if you work it!!
Covid policy sucks!! Staff can come in Positive yet when the staff gets the patient sick the patient has to leave the facility. They are gambling with other people's lives. How about, short staffed or not, send the sick staff member home to stay for a week and actually care for your patient's.
My step daughter went missing from their outpatient program on Tuesday! There is an active missing endangered person report for my stepdaughter and this was the conversation between myself and Taffi today, “no longer her drug counselor”! Extremely unprofessional and uneducated! This program is a joke! The program needs to be audited by Medicaid!
