It's nice here, u get what u pay for. Staff is friendly and the complex is pretty cool!
I can truly call this place home. The management is great and goes above and beyond. They also put on great community events such as a spa day for Valentine's Day and "wine down Wednesday." They have great amenities, like a beautiful pool and complimentary Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea. Convenience to Phoenix and local events is great as well. And not to forget the apartment itself! It's a great layout with granite countertops, new SS appliances and more. Home is living in luxury here. I'm really happy to live here.
Beautiful Clean complex with friendly/helpful staff and prompt management/maintenance. Prices are average. near the airport and easy access to the freeway. We moved here from a poorly run complex and are very happy. Parking for guests can be an issue but its understandable its only assigned for residents. Definitely recommend them !
