This place is a complete scam. I would NOT recommend it. It seems like a nice place to live, but once you get down to the details it is the worst place ever. My sister and I were going to live here but after realizing it has an abundant amount of homeless people at night time, and a lot of violent crime (including a sexual assault across the street) we decided to live elsewhere. Great place to live. Property is well taken care of, functional and aesthetically pleasing. Units are modern and spacious.
All the front office girls are beautiful and attractive, plus the ammeities are aestheticly pleasant. The apartments are pretty nice but the material that make up the cabinets and drawers is very cheap. Alot of dumbass drivers coming in and out the parking garage at all hours of the night are bumping their shit loud. The garage gate keeps getting crashed into and malfunctions.
