Non-responsive just to schedule a viewing. After reading the many reviews that have had the same experience, if I can't reach the company to schedule a viewing, or apply for a place to get no response; its best to take my business elsewhere.
Gavin is a wolf in sheep clothing, not to be trusted. I had a less than professional experience when buying my manufactured home. When I asked if he could arrange an in-person quote from the G.C., he tried to block it, saying, " the G.C. can give me a quote based on the inspection report." I reached out to the G.C. who informed me that the quote based on the inspection report would not be as accurate without an in-person quote. I echo Stephanie’s review! We too have had nothing but problems with the property we rented through trillion. So many requests on our property from undisclosed mold, plumbing issues where we overheard the owner of the property say their house was a money pit with leaks before. When you do finally correspond with someone from trillion it’s met with attitude and unprofessionalism. Im just really glad I took a bunch of photos before we moved in so the blame wasn’t passed to us! We do NOT recommend renting through Trillion.
I have had nothing but problems with the property I rented through trillion. There is a lack of communication about maintenance done to the property. Some maintenance requests get ignored and some take months to get “fixed”. Let’s not even get started on the conditions the house was in when I received it. I do NOT recommend renting through Trillion.
We rented from this property management for 3 years before buying, everything was streamlined and we felt like property management was unbiased towards either the tenants or LL. Service requests were handled quickly and payment system is simple. Everyone was respectful and polite. I would definitely use Trillion Property Management to manage a rental in the future.
