Love every experience when I go. They are all so welcoming and attentive to your needs and offer water or snacks when you're getting any service done. They have been doing practically any design I show them that I find online and they come out amazing.
T (male) with super cool glasses from Austin, TX and Tracy were quick and very friendly. I scheduled a last-minute full set gel X manicure and basic pedicure, and they were able to fit me in. The people that work here are nice and sweet, but one of them removed my ingrown toe nail without my consent. I started bleeding and she somehow stopped it and brushed it off, but later i realized what she had done. My toe got infected and is still healing after two months. This is completely inappropriate, it is not their job to perform a literal surgical procedure and WITHOUT CONSENT. I made an appt for 1pm and arrived at 12:50pm. Two women walked in slightly passed 1pm and they were sat down and were worked on right away. I was still waiting for someone to come do my pedicure when I had to ask one of the older ladies who works there who would be doing my pedicure. ONE HUGE MISTAKE THEY MADE WAS PUTTING THEIR HANDS ON MY TWO-YEAR-OLD.
