I made an appt for 1pm and arrived at 12:50pm. Two women walked in slightly passed 1pm and they were sat down and were worked on right away. I was still waiting for someone to come do my pedicure when I had to ask one of the older ladies who works there who would be doing my pedicure. This review is long overdue. I've been going to Trill for 2 years now and have always felt welcomed and have never left disappointed. I'm a veterinary technician and my nails are usually brittle and I can never get them this long without breaking or cracking.
