My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Nicole D. She was always available, very responsive, and genuinely cared about finding us a great rental property. I definitely recommend working with her!
Decent management but YOU will have to do too much work when it comes to contracts and agreements with Trilitco. Disappointing to write this review because Trilitco was an okay management company to work with until the end of our lease. The company managed the rental property of our lease and were at least not overbearing with our tenure at the house. We worked with Nicole D. And we loved it!! She did every bit of effort in order to get us our dream place! It was such a great experience and i loved the way she connected with my family i would definitely recommend working with her and she made our rental process so easy and explained everything. She went above and beyond to do the showings and helped us throughout our journey! We will definitely be coming back the next time!
WARNING: Do not work with Phylis! She is unprepared and unprofessional! She got into an argument with me and my agent right in front of a house I was scheduled to see, with tenants inside as she attempted to make excuses for her online scheduling system and poor internal communication. Never even got to see the inside! I will NOT be working with TriLitco into the future. Be careful if you are considering them as a property manager, their agents will SCARE AWAY BUYERS!
