Paid $90 for a "professional tune" on my amplifier, and they handed my car back with incredibly dangerous settings that almost destroyed my brand-new equipment.The installer set my Low Pass Filter (LPF) all the way up to 180 Hz, forcing my subwoofers to play vocals and midrange frequencies they are not physically designed to handle. Wonderful and workable experience staff, both the manager and technicians. They listened to what we desired and they came up with even a better solution, couldn’t have asked for more.
Last summer Triix mounted turn signals on my Spyder after one in the dash cluster failed. Much cheaper than replacing the cluster and it is brighter as well. I am very pleased with it.
We stopped with an inconvenience of a fender/bumper that was coming loose, 1400 miles from home. The guys jumped right in and helped secure it for the trip home. The service was friendly and timely, thanks so much guys.
