I had a really great experience back in 2023 when I was pregnant but the rudeness I just experienced made me not want to come back. I wanted to see a specific doctor and saw that she goes to a location that I live closer to so I called unfortunately they didn’t have a Friday so they said I could call this location to schedule my first appointment and the schedule the others for that location. Horrible I will not be returning
They stopped prescribing me my medication because of one missed appointment and never tried to reschedule. I was told there would be a transition period between providers but that was never provided to me. Instead they refused to prescribe even one more month on medication while I tried finding another provider.
